Channel Partner Inside Sales Manager

Wonder Workshop is looking for a Channel Partner Inside Sales Manager to recruit, manage and grow revenues in our channel partner program. A Channel partner manager manages growth across our distributors and reseller partners by building professional relationships and nurturing their revenue growth. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Education and Business Development and will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Outreach, Legal, and Customer Support teams.


Set up new channel partners and oversee the on-boarding process for partners
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
Working closely with sales teams within channel partner to train and advise resellers
Wins, maintains, and expands professional relationships with assigned key distributors and reseller channel partners.
Acquires new strategic contracts by building relationships with high-level buying influences in key schools, districts, and educational reseller partners
Develop and implement effective reseller recruitment strategy. Create marketing programs that create interest for companies to become resellers, and ongoing marketing to ensure WW products are top of mind for partners.
Work closely with dormant resellers to de-authorize or reactivate their efforts to sell Wonder Workshop products.
Develop sales strategies by developing quarterly business plans, forecasting, anticipating sales requirements, determine productivity and potential client service strategies
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.


Direct/indirect sales experience with a proven track record of success in in K-12 education
Bachelors degree required.
4+ years relevant solution sales and marketing experience in K-12 and channel management.
Strong personal network within the industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners
Ability to deliver sales training programs with partner sales personnel
Problem solving and creative partner management skills
Passion and understanding of solutions for robotics and coding education
